About
Delphine Adburgham is a landscape designer based in the UK.
Graduating from art school in 2008 with a degree in Graphic Design, she has enjoyed a highly design-focused career within the creative industries. It is her multi-disciplinary methodology, combined with her love of plants and the outdoor environment, that led her in 2013 to pursue her vocation in designing outdoor spaces; an industry that brings together multiple applications and specialisms.
She undertook horticultural training at Loseley Gardens in Surrey, and simultaneously embarked at KLC School of Design to study Garden Design. During this time she earned the Garden’s Illustrated Award for Planting Design, and the London Stone Award for Construction Detailing.
After graduating top of the year, she joined one of the leading landscape design studios in the UK, Marcus Barnett Studio, and immediately started working on a variety of high-end projects; ranging from urban roof top terraces, large country estates, international commercial developments, and Gold winning Chelsea Flower Show gardens.
Delphine continued to develop her specialism in planting design by achieving the RHS Level 2 Certificate of Horticulture, and in 2019 established her own consultancy practice, working directly with garden and landscape design studios.
